Rabongo forest is a green forest covering an area of 4 square kilometers just 1-2 hours’ drive from paraa safari lodge, rabongo forest is part of pristine natural forest which makes it a birding paradise as it is a home to a variety of endangered bird species such yellow-footed flycatcher, the Ituri batis in addition to the white thitghed hornbill and many more. The forest is a home to many primates which are seen in the park such as blue monkeys, baboons, red tailed monkeys, black and white colobus monkeys

Budongo forest

Budongo forest is a very fascinating attraction in Murchison falls national park located in the southwest region of Murchison falls national park, budongo forest is a popular habitat for being a home to primate population and royal mile which is best for bird watching.
